Job Description

Collect, analyze and interpret data from industrial operations to support organizations in achieving operational excellence. The objective is to assist in improving efficiency, ensuring quality, and enhancing safety standards through data insights. 

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Execute hands-on data cleansing to resolve inconsistencies and prepare Maximo asset data for future AI-powered models.
  • Provide technical support for Maximo configurations and assist in standardizing the Maximo-ERP interface.
  • Support the technical rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Maximo Mobile suite.
  • Ensure the data foundation supports the effective adoption of standardized Work Order Management processes.
  • Collaborate directly with maintenance and operations teams to drive adoption and maintain high data quality.
  • Use strong SQL and analytical skills to clean, standardize, and migrate large-scale data.
  • Understand industrial maintenance processes and how Maximo integrates with other systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and independence while preparing data structures for future analytics and AI goals.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within a Maximo environment.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess project management and good organizational skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and provide technical support to the team.
