Our goal at Data & Analytics is to empower the whole organization to make smart decisions based on data. In this role you will work on topics relevant for the whole enterprise like profitability and support business departments in strategically important projects.
Together we set the standards of tomorrow - your responsibilities
- Own analytical projects end-to-end from defining the business question through analysis, actionable recommendations, and implementation of analytical solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify relevant analytical questions, translate them into data requirements and determine the internal and external data sources to answer them.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to provide clear and actionable insights for stakeholders including senior management and business teams.
- Build, maintain and continuously improve dashboards that provide trusted and consistent view of Fielmann Group’s business performance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve our Data & Analytics Platform by defining requirements, validating data quality, and helping build trusted shared data assets.
- Foster data-driven culture across the company by sharing best practices, enabling data users, and improving data literacy.
You inspire us - your profile
- University Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics or similar
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Initial experience with creating dashboards in Power BI or other BI and visualization tools is beneficial.
- Experience with Python or R is an advantage.
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Very good communication skills and fluency in English. German is advantageous
- Structured mindset and attention to detail

Please note that this position is located in our headquarters in Hamburg, where we have a 40% onsite rate per week. We do not offer remote collaborations.
