
Senior People Analytics Consultant
Job Description
The Senior People Analytics Consultant is expected to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform decisions and influence strategy. You'll deliver insights across the full spectrum of our people org data sources and support the measurement of people strategies across the business.

- 2+ years of related professional experience with Bachelor’s degree; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of education or degree.
- 3–5 years of experience working in a people analytics consulting role or similar position, delivering insights and recommendations that inform people strategy and decision making.
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into recommendations that influence decision‑making and organizational change.
- Skilled at bridging complex data sources that connect insights to business needs.
- Strong proficiency in people analytics analysis and visualization tools (e.g., One Model, Visier, Crunchr, or similar tool a plus).
- Working understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., regression, significance testing, hypothesis testing) and experience applying these methods to analyze workforce data.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while delivering advanced analysis.
- Able to adapt to change and learn new technologies or analytical techniques as required.
- Experience using evidence-based frameworks and research to analyze employee behavior, diagnose issues, and design effective interventions.
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
