The opportunity
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to support the effective management of our global real estate portfolio. This role combines data management, lease management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure that portfolio decisions are supported by accurate information and meaningful insights.
The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate real estate, real estate data management, lease management, Excel-based analysis, collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint, and the preparation of high-quality presentations for business stakeholders.
How you’ll make an impact
Manage and continuously improve portfolio data in Archibus, including property, lease, strategic planning, and sustainability-related information
Develop strong expertise in Archibus functionalities and promote their effective use across the team. Deliver Archibus training and provide support to internal users
Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data in a timely and reliable manner
Oversee our external vendor responsible for lease administration and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of lease data
Identify and improve processes related to data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and lease management to enhance efficiency and control.
Raise purchase orders and verify invoices
Prepare presentation materials, analysis, reports, and charts using multiple data sources and tools
Translate complex real estate data into clear insights that support portfolio decisions and management reporting
Organize and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites and support the development of the division’s intranet presence
Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the Global Portfolio Management division through administrative support activities
Your background
Proven experience in real estate data management, analysis, and reporting.
Experience in lease management.
Experience in corporate real estate within a corporate global real estate function.
Ability to interpret lease terms, understand portfolio structures and real estate data.
Hands-on experience with a real estate data management platform.
Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. Knowledge of SAP REFX is an asset.
Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to work with accuracy in a fast-evolving environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively across different topics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a global team environment.

The minimum salary for this position in the location (Italy) specified:
Starting from: 44,800 € gross annual salary
