Business Analyst (m/f/n)

At ESET, we are transforming the way we support our customers, partners, and internal teams worldwide. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help bridge business needs and IT solutions across key business platforms used throughout our global organization. 

This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to solutions with real business impact. 

What you will do:

• Drive business analysis activities across business and transformation initiatives 

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions 

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and refine requirements 

• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions 

• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria 

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and product owners throughout the solution lifecycle 

• Contribute to the design and implementation of business systems used across ESET's global network of offices and partners 

• Maintain clear and up-to-date requirements and solution documentation 

What we are looking for: 

Must-have 

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or implementation of business applications 

• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to understand both business processes and technical solutions 

• Experience working with various stakeholders across business and IT teams 

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned initiatives 

• Fluent English, both written and spoken 

Nice to have 

• Experience working in Agile environments 

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools 

• Experience with UML,  Enterprise Architect 

• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows 

• SQL and data analysis skills
