IZAKAYA - Junior Sous Chef

For our amazing IZAKAYA Amsterdam, we are looking for a hands-on, passionate Junior Sous Chef who will be a part of the leading team of our IZAKAYA kitchen team. We are seeking for a Sous Chef, who will be dedicated, passionate and highly motivated to keep the IZAKAYA brand on the international fine dining map. As the IZAKAYA Sous Chef you will be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive and Head Chef’s specifications and guidelines. Furthermore, our ideal candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our guests “wow” factor and satisfaction.
