Job Description
Review and comply with all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Always wear required PPE and use proper lockout/tagout procedures when servicing equipment.
Initiate, implement, and manage plant maintenance and tool & die programs aligned with industry best practices, focusing on machine uptime to maximize operational efficiency proactive measures. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: support the development of schedules and systems to anticipate failures and extend equipment life.
Timely recommend the ordering of parts and tools. Support maintaining and improving maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and cost.
Die Spotting and Fitting: Ensure precise alignment and proper fit for accurate stamping operations.
