The Princess Grace Hospital, part of the world-renowned HCA Healthcare UK, offers a range of specialist services including complex surgery, medical and intensive care.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated junior pharmacist who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care in a hospital setting.
As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will provide high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines and consistently meeting the needs of all service users. You will be responsible for working across all aspects of the core pharmacy service across a broad range of clinical specialties, including medicines management, clinical screening, medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and providing medicines advice and evidence-based practice for both inpatients and outpatients.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will support the delivery of safe and effective patient care whilst assisting with the quality, governance, and assurance of pharmacy services across the hospital. You will also contribute to the continuous development of the pharmacy service through audit activity, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and participating in relevant Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).
