MAIN OBJECTIVE – JOB SUMMARY
The Allocator EMEA Intern will support the team in all activities related to stock management and distribution for the retail network. While ensuring the maximization of sales and maintaining optimal service levels, the Allocator will monitor inventory coverage across warehouses and stores, managing continuous replenishment and inter-store transfers to optimize stock levels throughout the EMEA region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Allocation Support: Assisting with stock management across the retail network to ensure optimal service levels and maximize sales.
Stock Monitoring: Reviewing network coverage and relevant warehouses to ensure continuous replenishment. Coordinating with allocators from other Regions to optimize inventory levels.
Weekly Reporting: Assisting in the creation, monitoring, and distribution of key KPIs for the Allocation department.
Network Stock Management: Providing operational support in organizing inter-store transfers to optimize stock levels. Support also extends to managing end-of-season returns.
KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS
Education: Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
Excel: A solid foundation in Excel is essential (basic formulas, pivot tables). During the internship, you will reach a professional proficiency level.
Languages: Excellent command of English (essential for communicating with EMEA markets).
Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity for numbers and strong attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and creative environment.
Passion: A genuine interest in the Fashion & Luxury industry.
