Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, you be responsible for selling our commercial glazing services to customers with a focus on light commercial, heavy commercial and mixed-used type project. You will ideally have experience in sales in the construction industry and will be someone who is motivated and aggressive in finding new accounts and building trusted relationships.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, addendums and project manual. Submit RFI's.
Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs, especially for delegated design projects.
Obtain competitive pricing from vendors and submit substitution requests.
Complete accurate cost takeoffs and bid forms.
Familiar with common bidding requirements (licensing, bonding, insurance, taxes, etc.)
Identify prospective customers, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
Understand the market that you serve, monitor market conditions and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
6+ years experience in commercial glazing industry.
Established customer base in Nashville or Central/West Arkansas region.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
Special Note
Successful hires will not be required to relocate to our office (Marion, AR)
Successful hires are expected to retain and service their existing customer accounts.

Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand.
Physical Requirements
This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range
$30,000.00 - $250,000.00The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
