Deputy Sales Director for TAGAL (China) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- You lead the entire sales team by developing and implementing sales strategy to increase TAGAL A/B/C strategy
- You optimize and control sales works in accordance with companies regulations and breakdown for the sales strategy and yearly order intake tasks to A, B, C area
- Your work out methods for new products/new lines promotion and execute customer analysis and lead sales manager to improve the customer relationship
- In terms of the rules of integrated management system, supervise the execution of the system and rectification of non-conformity items in the department to ensure the work of the department is congruous with the system
- You build relationships with all customers to strengthen costumers satisfaction and lead price negotiations
Your Profile
- You have an university degree majoring in steel rolling or related fields
- At least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry, plus at least 3 years management experience
- Knowledge in steel production and processing and related fields
- Excellent capability of organization and coordinating, communicating, analyzing and problem-solving, customer relation management and leadership
- You have essential SAP and MS Office skills and lastly, you are able to communicate in excellent English
