Stop unsafe work immediately. • Food safety & quality: GMPs, sanitation, allergen control, spec compliance, audit readiness—every day. • Execution: schedule attainment, throughput, downtime response, line changeovers, and staffing to plan. • Cost: labor efficiency, waste control, yield performance, and disciplined material usage. • People: clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
