Home Health Aide (HHA) – Private Duty Case
Clinton, NJ 08809 (Primary) + Flemington, NJ 08822 & surrounding Hunterdon County areas
$19/hour starting pay
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a consistent private duty assignment in the Clinton, NJ area, with additional opportunities in surrounding Hunterdon County communities.
This is a stable, ongoing case with a consistent weekly schedule and potential for additional hours as client needs evolve.
Schedule
- One consistent 8-hour day shift per week
- Ongoing, stable assignment
- Additional shifts may become available based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and medication reminders (as permitted by care plan)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and independence
- Assist with client transportation when required as part of the care plan (using the client’s vehicle)
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Willingness to assist with client transportation as part of the care plan
- Current physical examination
- TB test (PPD/QuantiFERON) or chest X-ray as required
