Outside Parts Sales Representative
The Outside Parts Sales Representative is responsible for generating parts sales by building relationships with existing clients and prospecting new customers. This role involves traveling to customer locations, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through timely and accurate parts delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned customers regularly to maintain and grow business

Prospect and convert new customers in assigned territory

Communicate parts orders to internal teams and ensure timely delivery

Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers

Coordinate with service and counter teams for seamless customer experience

Handle special orders, pricing approvals, and warranty returns

Maintain accurate records of sales calls, expenses, and customer interactions

Attend training seminars and stay updated on product offerings

Act as a brand ambassador and uphold professional appearance
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in automotive or heavy-duty parts sales

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (e.g., diesel engines, transmissions, brakes)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

This is a Salary plus commission-based role.
