Position Summary
The Sales Administrator – Bid & Contract Assistant supports the Sales Administration team by coordinating bid documentation, managing factory-direct bid submissions, and overseeing cooperative contract administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely bid responses while maintaining the integrity and proper use of cooperative purchasing contracts across the organization.
In addition to the hourly rate, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission-based compensation.
