Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician

NAES Corporation is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support operations and maintenance activities at Tejas Energy Center.

The Tejas Energy Center is a 247 MW simple-cycle gas-fired generating facility. It includes three LM6000 PC units totaling about 126 MW and one Siemens 501 D5 gas turbine rated at 121 MW, equipped with automatic generation control (AGC), evaporative cooling, water injection for NOx control, and a selective catalytic reduction unit. Utilizing Allen-Bradley PLC controllers, the plant plays a key role in supporting peak energy demands within the Houston Zone of ERCOT.

This position offers a base pay rate ranging from $45 to $54 per hour, along with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
