Villa Restaurant Group is a family-owned, multi-brand restaurant operator with locations in major airports and travel hubs across the country. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, strong team culture, and operational excellence in high-volume environments.
We’re looking for a Back of House Manager to lead kitchen operations at our 4 Rivers Smokehouse location inside Orlando International Airport.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and speed of service
• Manage and develop BOH team members including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all health regulations
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and product levels to support business needs
• Maintain prep, production, and execution standards during high-volume service
• Partner with FOH leadership to ensure smooth overall operations
• Train and coach team members while holding them accountable to standards
• Step in and work the line as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous BOH or kitchen management experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to run a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, early mornings/late nights)
• Experience in high-volume or quick service environments is a plus
