Job Description

Talent Acquisition, Associate/Senior Associate contributes to company performance by planning and implementing talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. 
  • Performs talent acquisition for assigned client base. Partner hiring managers to clarify critical requirements, while support them as needed to draft/update Job Descriptions. Present candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience and knowledge to fit position requirements.
  • Grows and conserves network of contacts to help identity and source qualified candidates, maintain and manage the pool of recruiters for service and cost effectiveness.
  • Leverages on-line recruiting resources; employee referrals; network referrals; etc. to identify and recruit “best in class” talent.
  • Actively participate in recruitment campaigns and serve as brand ambassador; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
  • Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details; administer and submit hiring/approval paperwork.
  • Continually champions Employee Referral Bonus program to include proactive identification of internal talent matching and advancement.
  • Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in market and within industry.
  • Responsible for On-Boarding program for new hires.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
  • Manage RPO for successful recruitment results.
  • Promote recruitment-related projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies

  • Foundation and knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; wage trends.
  • Collaborative, and mature with excellent interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile learner; able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Able to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Able to make recommendation to effectively resolve issues
