Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organization :
This accelerated program is designed to develop high-potential talent into future sales leaders. Leveraging talent’s existing industry experience, the junior will undertake focused rotations in core commercial departments to deepen business acumen and prepare for a key role within CNBW sales team.
Main Position Tasks :
1. Complete intensive rotations in Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain to master our business model, product portfolio, and end-to-end operational processes.
2. Lead and contribute to strategic projects within each department, driving initiatives that impact sales performance, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
3. Support the sales team in key account management, trade marketing execution, sales analysis, and the development of sales forecasts and reports.
4. Analyze market data and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights for business growth.
Required Qualification
Education :
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Type and length of necessary job experience :
- Working Experience: Approximately 2 years of working experience in the consumer goods, durable goods, or FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of trade dynamics and sales fundamentals.
- Mobility: Geographically mobile and adaptable to living and working in an international environment.
- Data Acumen: Strong numerical and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret sales data, financial reports, and market metrics to inform decisions.
Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g. language skills if mandatory):
- Language: Native level Mandarin Chinese; Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure to resolve complex sales challenges. Willingness to travel frequently.
