Shipping & Receiving Lead- Day Shift

The Shipping & Receiving (S&R) Lead is a working lead responsible for coordinating and directing daily shipping and receiving activities while performing hands-on warehouse duties. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor by assigning daily tasks, training team members, and ensuring accurate, timely, and safe execution of inbound and outbound material movements. The S&R Lead serves as the first point of escalation for operational issues on the floor and plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, documentation accuracy, and adherence to standard work.
