Position Purpose
Accountable for leading, managing and advancing people, processes and/or programs that support patient care. Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, alignment, and standardization for assigned Pharmacy area/business line.
What you will do
Provide leadership and accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
Collaborate with Pharmacy leaders, medical staff, and healthcare team to develop strategy, goals, objectives, and operational standards to ensure services and priority alignment
Identify analytics and metrics to demonstrate baseline and performance improvement targets
Support medication safety measures and efficient operational processes, business development, revenue integrity, and 340B program activities
Support training, education, coaching, and assessment of pharmacist competencies
Support optimization of procurement and distribution processes
Ensure colleagues are assigned to work areas to achieve established standards for operational support
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and three (3) years of pharmacist experience or 1 year of pharmacist experience and 1 year Pharmacy Practice Residency. Advanced or Master’s degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, MBA)
MA or CT Pharmacist license in good standing or the ability to obtain state licensure within 120 days of hire
Leadership skills motivating and empowering staff. Preferred experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare
Position Highlights and Benefits
• Full time 40hrs salaried

Salary Range: $122,000 - 192,000
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
