Job Description
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
* Identify client needs and provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions across banking products, investments, and wealth management services.
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, offering suitable UOB products and services.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various banking products, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial objectives and market conditions.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
* Collaborate with product specialists and other internal departments to deliver integrated solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
* Strong understanding of banking products, investment vehicles, and wealth management solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
* Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Malaysian financial sector.
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; Mandarin or other local dialects would be an added advantage.
