
Middle School Youth Development Staff
Job Description
Work Schedule: 1:30pm to 6pm Monday through Friday.
Purpose & Impact:
- Be a Mentor: Guide children (ages 5-12) through curriculum-aligned activities (STEM, arts, homework).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18+ years old.
- Experience: 6 months experience working with children preferred in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.
- Education Requirements: 48 college units or passing proficiency exam prior to hire for (non-licensed/ASES programs).
