About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Assist with staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services on care plans and improvements.
- Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school or approved RN program.
- Current RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
