
People Care Assistant (Junior)
Job Description
Role Purpose
This role is primarily operational and will support the day-to-day execution of People processes across the employee lifecycle.
The People Care Assistant will work closely with People Partners, ensuring administrative efficiency, process follow-up, and a smooth employee experience.
This position is key to enabling the team’s operational capacity and allowing People Partners to focus on more strategic work.
Must have
· 1–2 years of experience in HR/People roles with strong operational exposure.
· Advanced English (daily written and verbal communication).
· Student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
· Comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a remote environment.
· Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Workspace, Excel, or HR systems.
· Availability to work on-site once a week and to assist the team when special activities take place in the office.
Nice to have
· Experience in IT or professional services companies.
· Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
Scope & Main Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Operations
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes (communications, documentation, coordination).
· Create and update internal records for hires, terminations, and employee changes.
· Coordinate and follow up on exit interviews.
· Maintain People trackers, databases, and internal documentation.
Operational Support to People Partners
· Provide day-to-day operational support for People initiatives and projects.
· Support Employee Opinion Survey processes (distribution, follow-ups, coordination).
· Assist with global requests (document creation, process updates, data tracking).
Employee Experience & Culture (Operational)
· Support Company Intro sessions.
· Assist with logistics for engagement, Employer Branding, ESG, D&I, and training initiatives.
