What You Get To Do:
The Program Director QIDP serves as a key leader responsible for directing and overseeing program operations, training delivery, and quality assurance across all service environments. This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of habilitation plan development and implementation, compliance monitoring, quality assurance initiatives, investigations, and the establishment of rigorous quality standards. The Program Director QIDP is accountable for ensuring consistency of supports, regulatory compliance, and maximum positive outcomes for individuals served. This position is responsible for collaboration with Individual Support Team members including operations, Regional Center representatives, other Program Directors, guardians, individuals served, and consultants to promote timely communication regarding incoming individuals and ensure a smooth transition.
- Direct and supervise program directors and host home providers to ensure adherence to established protocols and quality standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive habilitation plans and supporting documentation
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and compliance audits to verify consistency of services across all program environments
- Execute investigations and corrective action procedures in accordance with state regulations and organizational policy
- Establish and enforce quality practices and performance standards across all operational areas
- Participate as an active member of treatment teams and provide clinical oversight
- Maintain mandatory availability for after-hours and weekend operational needs and emergency situations
- Coordinate schedule adjustments and coverage arrangements with the Director to ensure continuity of operations
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field and three years’ experience in a related field, as determined by the State Director.
- Must be certified as a QIDP by the state of Nevada.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in the development and implementation of individuals programs.
- Experience with budget implementation and contract management
- Prior experience conducting investigations preferred.
- Knowledge of governing rules and regulations.
- Must possess excellent decision-making, time management, research and writing skills.
- Must have proven communication and project management skills; must be independent, responsible, mature, and flexible.
- Basic computer skills are required.
