Description

This is an exciting opportunity for Accountant role.

Job specification

  • Handle end-to-end AP operations, including invoice review, journal entry preparation, and accounting record maintenance in compliance with JGAAP/IFRS
  • Process vendor invoices and Concur expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and execute payment files, reconcile with supporting documents, and follow up on approvals
  • Maintain vendor master data and support vendor onboarding
  • Verify accounting codes, cost centers, and required details
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure daily operations are completed with high quality and within deadlines
  • Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires

Skills Required:

  • Business-level Japanese (spoken and written) is required; English (reading and writing) is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Japanese-related field
  • 2–5 years of AP or accounting experience
  • Familiarity with SAP, Concur, Yayoi, or similar accounting systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication skills
  • 具备日语商务沟通能力(口语及书面);具备一定英语读写能力者优先
  • 本科及以上学历,财务、会计或日语相关专业
  • 2–5年应付账款(AP)或相关会计工作经验
  • 熟悉SAP、Concur、弥生(Yayoi)或类似财务系统者优先
  • 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件
  • 具备较强的细致性和良好的沟通能力
