Need at least 1-2 years' experience treating kids as this is a solo opportunity.

Position Highlights:
- Schedule: 2-5 days/week. Open to PT or FT Monday�Friday 8am�4:30pm
- Technology: Modern office with digital equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000�$350,000
- Guaranteed Minimum Yearly Compensation: 150K
- Production Bonus: % of adjusted collections - of all you manage; including hygiene codes

Who We�re Looking For:
- DDS or DMD eligible for or holding a TEXAS license
- Oral Sedation Certified - required
- Pediatric Specialist or General Dentist who has a passion for treating kids
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for pediatric care and providing high-quality dentistry
- All experience levels welcome�mentorship and CE provided for new grads
