The Big Task
As a Senior Dispatcher, you’ll lead daily dispatch operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, technician productivity, and an exceptional customer experience while supporting and developing the dispatch team.
Key Sub Tasks
• Oversee and manage daily scheduling and dispatch operations to optimize technician routes, capacity, and response times
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex scheduling conflicts, high-priority calls, and customer concerns
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to dispatch team members to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards
• Monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, technician utilization, etc.) and make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency
• Communicate proactively with technicians, customer service, sales, and leadership teams to align priorities and maintain smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure dispatch systems and CRM platforms are updated consistently and correctly
• Assist with process improvements, workflow optimization, and training initiatives to strengthen overall department performance
Desired Skills and Experience

You should have prior dispatch experience (preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services), strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with scheduling and CRM systems.
