Job Description: 

  • Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring time to market readiness, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.

  • Enabling customer hardware technical collateral, design in tools to ease customer design.

  • Supports product design, development, validation and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production.

  • Evaluates and collaborate in designs and develops of new software and hardware tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.

  • Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral.

  • Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market.

  • Partners with customer design and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering fields.

  • Familiar with embedded systems, system/board designs with ability to read or generate product specifications (eg. Technical specifications, data sheets or technical design documents).

  • Excellence in communication (verbal and written) with ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Silicon Design Engineers/Architect, Validation Engineers and Customers).

  • Familiar with Intel Product Lifecyle of product document development process.

  • Ability to debug computer system issues Intel Architecture, read and interpret schematics and layout and also work on Power or Signal Integrity field.
