Marketing Coordinator — Classic LifeCare & CONNECT Communities
Job Description
About the Role
Classic LifeCare (home care) and CONNECT Communities (brain injury rehab) are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage digital presence, content strategy, and marketing operations across both organizations.
You'll be the person who collaborates within the teams, generates and executes — pages, campaigns, systems, and assets that move the needle. You'll report to the Executive Leader and work closely with the Director of Communications and Strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and optimizing WordPress and Squarespace websites, including CMS updates, page builds, and UX improvements
- Running SEO strategy using Ahrefs — keyword research, performance tracking, and driving measurable organic growth
- Operating HubSpot CRM for contact management, email campaigns, and reporting
- Writing and producing content across channels: newsletters, web copy, internal communications, and partner-facing materials
- Designing and coordinating marketing assets — presentations, brochures, digital ads, and campaign collateral
- Supporting accreditation, reporting, and compliance-related communications as needed
- Tracking performance across digital channels and turning data into clear recommendations
- Collaborating with branch teams across BC and Alberta to keep brand and messaging consistent
- Assisting with course creation and back-end development for our Learning Management System platform with the help of other teams.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and SEO tools (Ahrefs preferred)
- Strong writing skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects across various teams
- Detail-oriented—knowing how to prioritize
- A background in marketing, communications, or a related field; BBA or equivalent considered an asset
- Familiarity with the healthcare or nonprofit sector is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary - $52,000
- Extended health and dental (after 3 months)
- 10 days paid vacation + 5 sick days annually
