Compensation
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)-$22.00-$26.00/hour

First shift-7:00 am-3:00 pm

What You'll Do
- Store, organize, and retrieve production tools based on production schedules
- Inspect tools before and after use to ensure they are production-ready
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and assist in resolving root-cause problems
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and accessories
- Maintain accurate tool logs, inventory, and tracking data
- Support production by preparing tooling and accessories as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist other tooling department functions as required
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in Tooling, assembly, or mechanical repair
- Machine shop or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with machine shop equipment and hand tools
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Preferred Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with tooling or mold management systems
- Preventive maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Use hand tools, gauges, and shop equipment regularly
