Manufacturing Engineer II

• Responsible for implantation of custom foam mold machine and custom box cutting machine into packaging operation of annual demand of ~50,000 pieces and ~500 unique
  packages.

• Activities will include but are not limited to equipment IQOQPQ, equipment programming
  with equipment manufacturers, developing work instructions, last work area
  re-layout with new process.

• Coordinating packaging re-validation with engineering (quality signoff), operations (obtaining and testing inventory), and the manufacturer (on updated packaging design).

• Implement LEAN and 5S practices and methodologies into process setup and design.

• Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 4-year degree
  with 3.0 GPA or 1+ years manufacturing engineering environment experience.
