Job Summary

As an Account Manager at Master Builders Solutions Norway AS, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the construction chemicals industry. You will drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the company's success and market presence in Norway.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical support, product development, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer status, and market insights to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Engineering, or a related field, alternatively work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the construction, chemical, or related industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong understanding of construction chemicals and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license (regualr travel within Norway is required in this position)
