Part-Time Concierge Hillcrest Firethorn | Lincoln, NE Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln, Nebraska! Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriatelyGreet residents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalismProvide clerical and administrative support including filing, faxing, labels, mailings, and general office tasksTrack, order, and organize office supplies to maintain efficient operationsSupport the Bistro team as neededCoordinate maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and copiersAssist with scheduling beauty shop services and related paymentsMaintain marketing packets and new resident information materials What should you bring to the role?
