Project Coordinator

Please note this is a 5 Month FTC with a possible extension (Mat Cover)

Hybrid (1-2 days a month in London HQ)

The Role:

You will work as part of a team supporting the project management team in delivering all solutions to our customers. 

This includes:

• Responsible for the ongoing deployment and smooth running of projects once they move into full deployment. 
• Supporting the PM team on setting up new projects, coordinating design delivery & engineer resources.
• Picking up small ad-hoc pieces of delivery work that are not considered full project work.  e.g Delivery of a circuit to an existing client.
• Able to meet the PM team in London when required
• Running and delivering internal projects under the guidance and support from the project manager.

Skills Profile:

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Information gathering and document production
• Time management and prioritisation
• Some experience of working in a professional environment
