What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problems
- Develop a deep understanding of the business problems and effectively translate them into technical designs
- Lead modules and workstreams within projects while participating in hands on implementation
- Work with technical architects to validate the technical design and implementation approach
- Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experience
- Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation
- Manage a diverse team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior members
- Lead task planning and distribution among team members for timely completion of projects with high-quality results
- Guide the project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans and operations strategy
What you’ll bring:
- Undertake primary ownership in driving self and team effort across all phases of a project lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and drive team efforts to design, build, and manage Anaplan-based Sales Performance Management (SPM) solutions that solve complex business problems
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning, sales operations, incentive compensation, territory, and quota management requirements
- Design and implement scalable Anaplan solutions supporting Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, Sales Forecasting, Workforce Planning, and Sales Planning processes
- Own solution architecture, including model design, dimensional design, security framework, integration architecture, deployment strategy, and governance processes
- Apply appropriate development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and implementation best practices to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
- Partner with Project Leads and Program Leads in delivering projects and assist with project management responsibilities including project planning, staffing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 Anaplan developers/model builders, providing technical guidance, design reviews, implementation oversight, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, delivery execution, and knowledge sharing
- Lead task planning and task distribution across team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables with high quality standards
- Lead project deliverables including solution vision and design, business requirements, user stories, model architecture, integration design, testing strategy, deployment planning, and operational readiness
- Manage direct and indirect client communications and act as a trusted advisor during solution design and implementation activities
- Design and implement integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, and other enterprise platforms
- Drive testing activities across SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare phases, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered functionality
- Review and optimize Anaplan models for scalability, maintainability, performance, and governance compliance
- Support business development activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, staffing strategy, and capability-building initiatives
- Exhibit continuous improvement and innovation by adopting new technologies, implementation methodologies, and planning frameworks while helping team members do the same

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or other related disciplines
- 4–6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium to large-scale technology solution delivery engagements
- Master Anaplanner certification is mandatory
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Anaplan solutions across Sales Performance Management (SPM), Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation, Sales Forecasting, Workforce Planning, or related planning use cases
- Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and translating business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, model design patterns, integration architecture, security design, and enterprise planning frameworks
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 3–5 developers/model builders across multiple workstreams and managing delivery quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Anaplan models, including model architecture, dimensional design, ALM, security, and performance optimization
- Experience building and managing Data Hub architectures and enterprise planning ecosystems
- Experience integrating Anaplan with Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of sales planning processes, territory design methodologies, quota allocation processes, incentive compensation management, and forecasting best practices
- Experience leading implementation, SIT, UAT, deployment, training, and client enablement activities
- Experience creating solution blueprints, technical specifications, test strategies, deployment plans, and operational support models
- Prior consulting experience working directly with client stakeholders and business leadership teams

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
- Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations
- Proficiency in working within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects
- Travel to other offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams
