In our diverse and rapidly growing EMEA Region we are offering a New College Graduate role to learn and support across 22 different countries and learn on the job in one of the world’s best companies. Spanning approximately 2 years, this program includes 6-8 diverse rotations, culminating in a long-term position tailored to your skills and interests. What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate optimally with both people-focused and technical teams, understanding their unique needs and challenges

  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service

  • Develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization

 

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus in Organizational Development, Strategy, and/or HR Analytics

  • Business insight and understanding of cross-functional work

  • Familiarity with country labor law and regulations in at least one EU country

  • Engaging, responsive and quick to act

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in synthesizing sophisticated technical and people-related information for actionable solution building, a strong connection to people, and the ability to engage, network, and listen actively across cultures.

  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development, particularly in emerging HR technologies and practices

  • Demonstrate a track record of effectively organizing and completing priorities

  • A service-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems by balancing efficiency and policy adherence to find the best path for all parties.

  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.

 

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • PHR certification a plus

  • Additional European language is a plus

  • Experience with immigration, relocation and HR compliance a plus

  • First experience in international projects

  • Demonstrated first hands-on people-facing experience (e.g., student counseling, volunteering) showing a true understanding of working with people.
