In our diverse and rapidly growing EMEA Region we are offering a New College Graduate role to learn and support across 22 different countries and learn on the job in one of the world’s best companies. Spanning approximately 2 years, this program includes 6-8 diverse rotations, culminating in a long-term position tailored to your skills and interests. What you will be doing:
Collaborate optimally with both people-focused and technical teams, understanding their unique needs and challenges
Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service
Develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization
What we need to see:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus in Organizational Development, Strategy, and/or HR Analytics
Business insight and understanding of cross-functional work
Familiarity with country labor law and regulations in at least one EU country
Engaging, responsive and quick to act
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in synthesizing sophisticated technical and people-related information for actionable solution building, a strong connection to people, and the ability to engage, network, and listen actively across cultures.
Eagerness for continuous learning and development, particularly in emerging HR technologies and practices
Demonstrate a track record of effectively organizing and completing priorities
A service-oriented and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems by balancing efficiency and policy adherence to find the best path for all parties.
Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and tools.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
PHR certification a plus
Additional European language is a plus
Experience with immigration, relocation and HR compliance a plus
First experience in international projects
Demonstrated first hands-on people-facing experience (e.g., student counseling, volunteering) showing a true understanding of working with people.
