Starting Pay $18.80/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential
Dumper Opr RE03
This position is accountable for monitoring product throughout the processing phase. Must maintain good communication with receiving/preparation, floor operators, grinding room, and loadout to coordinate equipment adjustments as needed. Responsible for the operation of computers that operate the facility. May be required to reset breakers, starters, and variable frequency drives. This person must be able to identify all motor controls or equipment and relay information to team member for correct lockout. Monitors controls, relays temps, gate positions, and speeds to Team members, operates computers, centrifuge/analysis machines, and basic hand tools. Reports any unsafe items to the supervisor, resets controls in motor control center, follows plant safety rules, performs QA/HACCP duties as assigned and communicates via two way radio. May be required to operate frontend loader or forklift and will be required to obtain certification to do so. Prefer a high school diploma or GED and knowledge/experience in receiving/preparation, floor operator/feather, feed, pet food, loadout, grinding room, and/or environmental. Basic PC skills, organizational skills, flexibility, a willingness to participate in team efforts, and the ability to read output from monitors and analysis equipment, ability to complete required paperwork.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Requirements:
Must have 6 months of continuous work history with single employer in the past 12 months.

Rehire Criteria:
· Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
· Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
