What You�ll Do
As a Senior Consultant in BTS�s Sales & Marketing Practice, you�ll play a key role in designing and delivering transformational experiences for our clients, helping commercial teams and leaders accelerate performance and execution.
We are looking for someone with strong readiness to facilitate and develop projects, bringing the very best of BTS Sales & Marketing capabilities into our client engagements and proposals. This person will work closely with BTS global experts and Centers of Excellence, contributing with both execution excellence and strategic perspective.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Facilitating high-impact workshops, simulations, and learning experiences for sales, marketing, and commercial leadership audiences � both in-person and virtually.
- Leading the development of Sales and Marketing projects in partnership with global BTS experts and multidisciplinary teams.
- Managing client projects end-to-end, ensuring high quality, strong execution, and meaningful business impact.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic partner throughout engagements.
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposals, client conversations, and identification of new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Bringing energy, structure, and senior presence to client interactions, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive momentum.
- Collaborating across regions and practices, connecting global expertise with local client needs.
What We�re Looking For
We�re looking for a senior professional with strong facilitation presence, execution capability, and ownership mindset � someone who combines commercial understanding, consulting rigor, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with credibility and impact.
You might be a great fit if you have:

Professional experience in consulting, commercial strategy, sales enablement, leadership development, marketing, or corporate environments.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops, leading client-facing projects, and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- High readiness to independently drive projects, manage complexity, and take ownership from proposal to delivery.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Ability to translate business challenges into engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Availability to work from our S�o Paulo office (hybrid model, 3x/week).
Differentials
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in commercial/client relationship roles.
- Hands-on experience in sales or commercial environments.
- Familiarity with sales transformation, go-to-market strategy, customer experience, or commercial capability development initiatives.
