This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Shift(s): PM (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business) Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $92,400 - $115,500, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $92,400- $138,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Employment Logistics:  As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives. Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement   Paving your way to your success:    You learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform your primary duties effectively. You bring mechanical work experience that helps you contribute quickly to maintenance, repair, and inspection work. You apply knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work practices. You maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed. You stay dependable and adaptable as business needs, staffing needs, and workload shifts.   Posting Timeline:    This job posting is anticipated to remain open for at least 30 days from the date of posting   Disclosures:    *Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually.   The salary range above represents the national range for this position.
