ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsible for originating all types of residential, secondary market loans including but not limited to purchase transactions, refinances, construction loans, lot loans and bridge loans ensuring all account documentation is complete, accurate, properly secured and adheres to compliance guidelines. 

Responsible for attaining monthly closed loan volume

Responsible for completing application thoroughly and exporting files to processing

Responsible for positive, clear and on-going communication with customers, potential customers and co-workers to include a customer consultation with every loan application

Responsible for maintaining relationships with referral sources in current markets and seeking referral sources in new and existing markets through outside calls.

Active community involvement and participation in marketing bank products/services

Support bank locations and other assigned branches as requested

REQUIREMENTS

Must possess experience with and a working knowledge of residential lending processes, documentation and compliance regulations

Must possess experience and knowledge of current government and conventional secondary market loan guidelines as well as secondary market lending experience preferred.

Computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong customer service skills. 

Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while managing deadlines in stressful situations 

Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework
