Revenue Team Leader – PMI Collections 

Location: Prestatyn, North Wales 

Full time – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday 

Salary: competitive plus monthly bonus if KPIs are met 

Permanent  

 

We’re looking for a Revenue Team Leader to join our PMI Collections team in Prestatyn. This is an important role within our Revenue Resolution and Recovery team, where your work helps us drive cash collection from private medical insurers.

You’ll be part of a close and friendly team that values accuracy, compassion, and a shared commitment to getting things right for our patients. 

You’ll lead a team of ten people where your guidance will help keep processes running smoothly and ensure our standards are consistently met.

What you’ll do 

  • Lead and support the PMI collections team, ensuring activity meets KPIs and compliance standards
  • Produce daily and weekly reporting on volumes and values of outstanding claims, trends and bad debt.
  • Review processes, identify root causes and support continuous improvements across the department. 
  • Build strong relationships across finance, operations and clinical teams to support collaborative working.  

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Experience working in a large organisation and understanding of how teams connect and support each other.  
  • Experience working within Revenue Cycle
  • Proven record of leadership qualities and capabilities within a revenue, finance or customer-focused environment.
  • Confidence presenting financial information in a clear and accessible way to non‑finance colleagues both in and outside of the business.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using systems, spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy.  
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
