Job Description

As a key contributor within our team, the System Architect plays a central role in defining the technical direction and roadmap for the Business Unit. 

In this position, you will focus on requirement analysis and solution definition, working closely with industry forums, 

Product Managers, and customers to understand their technical needs and expectations. 

Your expertise will be essential in analysing, designing, and shaping solutions that align with customer requirements while ensuring effective resource planning and accurate effort estimation. 

 

  • Conduct requirement analysis and define solutions in close collaboration with Product Managers and customers to understand technical needs.
  • Provide strong technical leadership by staying current with advances in embedded systems, WiFi, network chipsets, and AI/ML.
  • Mentor fellow architects to ensure architectural consistency, technical rigor, and highquality solution delivery.
  • Guide development and testing teams—especially in forwarding layers and chipset programming—to drive innovative, robust outcomes.
  • Engage directly with customers to present product capabilities and propose valuedriven, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define, refine, and align architectural solutions efficiently.
  • Champion agile development practices focused on fast, highquality execution and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold strong quality standards across design and delivery while fostering a collaborative, innovationoriented team culture.
     
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong expertise in embedded systems, including Linux kernel, OpenWRT, RDKB, prpl, and device drivers.
  • Deep proficiency in networking protocols and handson experience with forwarding layers and network chipset programming.
  • Solid familiarity with architecture design tools and scalable design methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI/ML technologies for enhancing networking capabilities is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to anticipate future technology trends and propose innovative, forwardlooking solutions.
  • Proven experience mentoring junior architects and fostering a collaborative, highperformance environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering highquality, agile solutions with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
