Specialist - ATS Training

Responsible for operational training and competence of Air Traffic Controllers, ATC Assistants, Supervisors, and Instructors, maintaining an operational validation on all UAE ACC Sectors. Classroom, simulator and on the job, training is conducted as well as designing, updating, and preparing course material. Simulation exercises to train, develop and validate ATC staff to the required GCAA standard are also conducted.
