Global Senior Manager, Physical Security and Safety

What You Can Expect
You will lead Zoom's global physical security and safety program. You'll shape strategy across 70+ locations, partnering with cross-functional teams. You will build a culture of safety that protects people and operations worldwide.
About the Team
Our team safeguards Zoom's people, facilities, and assets globally. We collaborate across Real Estate, Facilities, and Legal to embed security into everything we do. We exist to ensure every Zoomie feels safe.
Responsibilities
Leading the global physical security program — including access control, visitor management, badging, security systems, and guard operations across all Zoom locations.
Directing environmental health and safety functions, encompassing emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and risk-mitigation strategies that align with organizational growth and facility design
Managing vendor relationships, law enforcement partnerships, and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective, high-impact security operations
Building and mentoring a geographically distributed security team while driving security awareness training and workplace violence prevention initiatives
What We're Looking For
Have 10+ years of experience in corporate physical security, including 5+ years leading global, multi-site security operations
Demonstrate experience developing and implementing physical security programs for technology companies with distributed facilities
Apply working knowledge of security technologies such as access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security operations centers
Lead crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning efforts across multiple geographies
Build and develop security teams across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and accountability
Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and external agencies
Non-Essential: Hold professional security certifications such as CPP or PSP, or equivalent practical experience
Non-Essential: Possess a degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$150,800.00Maximum:
$329,900.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
