Job Description
As the Technology Support Services Supervisor, you will lead, mentor and develop a team of up to four (4) Technology Support Services Specialists on technology related products, projects, and initiatives while they provide technical expertise to internal and external customers. You will work with all customers, both internal and external, to make sure all support requests are handled within the published Service-Level Agreements (SLAs). You will liaise and engage with the Technology Support Services leadership for complex, multi-discipline and global opportunities to ensure that comprehensive solutions are provided.
