Job Overview
To support our rapid growth, THE·TEAM has built a robust internship program designed to introduce driven, hard-working students and young professionals to the sports and entertainment industry, and our company.
As a Client Services Intern, you will support in delivering creative for some of Canada’s largest and most impactful brands. You will be involved in a variety of campaigns and sporting events, working closely with out Account Teams across divisions. You will experience variety in your day-to-day and have the opportunity to further develop your skills in a fast-paced, agency environment. You will be primarily responsible for supporting client needs, project coordination, workbacks and production schedules, and any other tasks that help improve the efficiency of our deliverables.
As THE·TEAM supports hybrid working environments, the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, in addition to remote working.
Fixed Term: September 8th – December 18th, 2026
What You’ll Do
- Support the team in the day-to-day management of multiple client projects through strong project coordination
- Draft briefs and help manage the production of client work across digital, OOH, etc.
- Track and update workback schedules, production timelines and client approvals
- Work closely with resourcing team to scope out projects, coordinate vendor relationships
- Draft client communications, including status reports, agendas and contact reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support team in anticipating client needs and researching trends or competitive activity
- Help collect results, track program performance and assist in preparing client reports and recaps
