The Gig
This isn’t a "get us coffee" kind of internship. You will have your boots on the ground and your hands on the latest industry tools. Your time will be split between field site visits and office operations, focusing on two major pillars:
The Robotics Revolution: You will visit real-world jobsites to evaluate the terrain, layout, and logistics. Your mission? Help us calculate the ROI and figure out how to successfully deploy cutting-edge robotics into our landscape operations.
The Software Nerve Center: Back in the office, you will dive into Aspire—the gold-standard software for landscape management. You'll handle crucial administrative work, log data, and see exactly how a multi-million-dollar operation runs from the inside out.

What You Bring to the Table
The Right Track: You’ve completed at least your freshman year of college (bonus points if you're studying Horticulture, Agribusiness, Landscape Architecture, Tech, or Business).
Tech-Curious Mindset: You aren't afraid of data, you learn software quickly, and you're genuinely excited about automation and robotics.
Adaptability: You can pivot seamlessly from talking with field crews on a sunny jobsite to analyzing data at a desk.
