What You will Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Issue Resolution: Support the team in the investigation and defining a resolution of complex TOCR , ensuring rigorous technical compliance and timely closure.
- FPGA Development & Migration: Oversee the migration of FPGA codebases. Provide hands-on mentorship to the engineering team, to ensure seamless migration and knowledge transfer for the VISTRA project.
- Tiny TAE Validation & Development: Provide senior oversight for the Tiny TAE validation cycle. Lead the architecture and FPGA logic development for next-generation board revisions, incorporating field feedback and performance improvements.
- Technical Governance & Design Review: Participate as an expert reviewer for key design milestones. Identify technical risks early and provide architectural recommendations to ensure high system reliability.
- Institutional Knowledge Transfer: Establish a "best practices" framework for the controls team. Document legacy system nuances and mentor FW team and help leadership to elevate the overall technical competency of the group.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Provide ad-hoc consulting on critical technical bottlenecks as they arise, acting as a senior advisor to the Engineering Leadership team.
Pay Range: $95-$100/Hr.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in posted locations and may be considered Remote based on local regulations.
